The rule applied

One fifty-second of the annual entitlement, in hours, for each full week of working time, once at least four weeks have been worked; rounded up to a whole hour.

Not modelled: sick leave, unpaid leave and other absences a statute may treat as not worked. This counts calendar days of employment and nothing finer.
