The deadline runs from the day you received the decision, not from the date printed on it. Send it so that you can prove the date: in person with a stamp on your copy, or by registered post.

In Hungary an appeal lies only where a statute expressly allows one. The usual remedy instead is an action before the administrative court. Which of the two is open in your case must be stated in the decision itself — look for the section on remedies.

How to send it

What almost always counts is not the date on the letter but the date it arrives. Send it by registered post, or hand it in and ask for a stamp on your own copy — that gives you the proof the deadline is counted from.
