Nejsem plátce DPH.
The law does not require this line, but clients and accountants expect it.
How it works: Czechia
A VAT payer invoices under § 29 of the VAT Act. A non-payer is outside it: the mandatory items come from § 435 of the Civil Code — name, address, IČO and the register entry — plus § 11 of the Accounting Act. The line "Nejsem plátce DPH" is not required by law, but it is customary.
The tool does not keep your numbering, does not store the invoices you issue, does not report to the tax authority, and does not decide which VAT rate a particular good or service attracts.
