# Як приєднатися до mutuelle або ziekenfonds у Бельгії

Після оформлення A card або Annex 15 отримувач тимчасового захисту може вступити до каси медичного страхування. До відкриття права на страхове покриття доступна невідкладна медична допомога за відповідною процедурою.

## Who this guide is for

Для отримувачів тимчасового захисту, які вже зареєстровані в комуні та хочуть оформити медичне страхування.

## What to prepare

- A card або чинний Annex 15 і паспорт.
- Національний реєстраційний номер, якщо він уже присвоєний.
- Адреса, банківський рахунок і документи членів сімʼї, яких потрібно включити.

## What to do, step by step

1. Оберіть визнану mutuelle/ziekenfonds або державну Hulpkas/CAAMI-HZIV та попросіть перелік документів для вашого статусу.
2. Подайте документ на проживання, реєстраційний номер і дані сімʼї. Уточніть дату початку покриття.
3. Отримайте підтвердження членства та дізнайтеся, як працюють направлення, доплати й відшкодування рахунків.
4. Якщо лікування потрібне до відкриття права, зверніться до CPAS/OCMW комуни щодо urgent medical assistance.
